My neighbour

Living in a block of flats, it's absolutely logical that I have neighbours. Neighbours that forget to turn off the water so the our walls get decorated within hours with long stripes of decoloured paint, neighbours who smoke in the staircase, protecting themselves from the wind and cold weather outside and forgetting there are small children passing by, neighbours who party all night long, especially a night before I have an important exam. Aren't neighbours lovely? I can't complain though, they teach me a good lesson for my future. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't plan to buy a house with a big garden and no neighbour around.
