I am also a bit shy, but once in a while I get sassy and opinionated, and i say loud and clear what is on my mind. Sometimes I suppose I speak to hastly and freely, so I say things that should have stayed covered and avoided, for the sake of the ego and the self comfort of the people envolved. But when I review and procces quietly all the things I have said, I notice that in the long run it was useful and cathartic and theprapeutic: it heplep people see them selves more clearly and sincerely.
