If I were to describe my favourite foods, I would have to say that salads are always a good choice since they have the necessary amount of nutrients and are extradelicious. Moreover, a salad takes little to no time to prepare, I'd say. If you are trained at this skill, between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the ingredients preferred, including washing, cutting and dressing. I chose salad because, over the course of the years, I had the opportunity to observe that it is easily digestible and high in energy (caloric) content per serving when you add some nuts, seeds or any type of cold-pressed oil.
