Present perfect simple= is used to talk about something which happened in the past but you dont mention exactly when.
S+ have/has + VB (III)
ex: I have watched a movie. / She has arrived.
Present perfect continous= is used to emphatize the duration of an action or event which started in the past and continues up to the present or future.
S+ have/has + been + VB(-ing)
ex: I have been studying English for six years.
