I usually like to spend time alone and to go for a walk in nature and things like that. And I also like to listen to music and dance , because dance help me to let all my feelings and my stress get out and makes me feel really relaxed in fact , when I finish dancing I feel confortable with me , becaus is like taking of an extra weight.So, that's what I usually do when I want to take my mind off of my work or studies.
